Who we are
PETSPAY ("we", "us") is preparing a QR donation platform for zoos, petting farms, animal shelters and other animal venues in Europe. The service is operated by PRO AGENCY EUROPE SRL (Reg. No. 50684851, VAT RO50684851), Str. Academiei 35-37, sc. A, et. 3, ap. 16, Bucharest 030167, Romania, which is the data controller for the details you submit. What we collect
When you join the early-access list (on the site, in the pop-up, or from the QR page), we collect only what you enter:

We do not ask for card details, ID documents or donor data during early access.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We process these details on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form. We use them only to contact you about the PETSPAY pilot and to plan the roll-out.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the PETSPAY team and by trusted service providers that help us store data and send email (for example, form and email tools). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access details until the pilot decisions are made, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@petspay.eu and we'll act on it. You may also complain to your national data-protection authority.
Cookies & analytics
To show the page and keep forms safe we use only necessary local storage — including remembering your language and your cookie choice. This does not require consent.
We use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used. Analytics runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising storage switched off, so no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google may set cookies and process usage data — such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address — as our processor, and this data may be transferred to Google outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
You can withdraw consent at any time by choosing “Necessary only”, or by clearing this site's storage in your browser to bring the banner back. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
