These short terms cover the PETSPAY early-access phase only. They are not the final service agreement. Full terms for venues and donors will be published before the platform goes live and before any payments are processed.

1. What PETSPAY is right now

PETSPAY is preparing a QR donation platform for animal venues. Today the site lets you learn about the product, explore a demo, and join a waiting list. No live donations are processed yet.

2. Joining early access

Joining the early-access list means you'd like to be contacted about the pilot. It is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. Being on the list does not guarantee a place in the pilot. We currently work with registered legal entities (organizations).

3. The demo

The demo dashboard is for illustration only. All venues, campaigns, donations and figures shown are sample data. Nothing you click in the demo is saved, and no real money moves.

4. When payments go live

When donations become available, payments will be handled by licensed payment partners, and funds will be paid out to the verified venue. PETSPAY will not store card details or hold funds as a payment institution. Separate venue and donor terms will apply at that stage.

5. Changes

This is a pilot. We may change, pause or discontinue features, the demo, or the early-access programme at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice to people on the list.

6. No warranties

The early-access site and demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions made based on sample data in the demo.
